Is there a cost for the estimate?

No, all estimates are free of charge- call our office and we can arrange to have an estimator meet you at your property or use our contact form and receive a 15% discount. Back to top.

How much does it cost to cut down a tree?

This is the number one question we hear as a tree care company.It is impossible to price a tree removal or pruning job over the phone due to the fact that every tree and location is different and the cost to remove or prune a tree is based on various factors.
Price is based on the size of the tree, the method of removal (whether by crane, bucket or climbing), the location of the tree and its accessibility, and safety factors such as electrical lines nearby or trees that may be over a house.
We provide estimates free of charge so that we can meet each client and survey the tree(s) location. We will provide you a free written estimate and answer all your questions.

Do I need to be home/at the job site at the time of the estimate?

It is helpful for you to be present at the time of your evaluation estimate. Meeting us face to face gives you the opportunity to address all of your concerns with the arborist. However, tree removal appointments can be scheduled without the property owner on site. Back to top.

Work Scheduling | How soon can you do my job?

The work can usually be performed within 3-4 days. There may be a longer lead time during busy periods including the springtime. New Jersey Tree Service is a family based company so you won't have to wait around, If your job needs to be done immediately, simply ask your salesmen and he will be happy to work with you to fit your needs.

Can you come now, my trees were damaged in a storm?

Absolutely, we provide 24 Hour Emergency Service for our customers. We do our best to save damaged trees the best way possible, but we specialize in Expert Tree Removals also.

Do I have to put a deposit down?

No payment is required until the job is complete and the customer is satisfied. However sometimes we do require a small deposit for landscaping jobs.

Once the job has been completed, how do I pay?

Our terms are “Payment in full due upon completion”. Once the job is finished, the foreman will present you with the invoice. You can pay the foreman directly with a check made payable to New Jersey Tree Service LLC, or cash.
